Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is a serious hyperinflammatory syndrome that is triggered by infections, malignomas or autoimmune diseases in predisposed patients.
On this website we would like to inform physicians about diagnosis and treatment of HLH in adults and give the opportunity to contact us concerning questions about your HLH-patients. Furthermore, we would like to motivate colleagues to include patients into the HLH-registry for adults to gain more knowledge about a clinical syndrome that is still associated with a high mortality.
